Full Terms and Conditions

1. The prize is to win one pair of tickets to the Carabao Cup Final on Sunday 21 March 2027 at Wembley Stadium. There are 10 pairs of tickets to be won.
2. The promotion opens at [TIME] on [DATE] and closes at [TIME] on [DATE] the “Closing Date”. Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
3. To enter, entrants must scan the QR code and submit their details via the online entry form. No purchase is necessary. Only fully completed entries will be accepted.
4. The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the Closing Date and may be asked to provide the following information: name, date of birth, email address and home address, including postcode and supporting team.
5. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize by responding to the winner notification email within 24 hours. If a winner does not respond within this time, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
6. The Promoter is Carabao, 1420 Arlington Business Park, Reading, RG7 4SA. The EFL has not sponsored this promotion in any way.
7. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Proof of age may be required. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Entries from outside the UK and entries from anyone under 18 will not be accepted and will automatically be disqualified.
8. The EFL will be provided with information, including the winner’s name and address, for prize administration purposes. This information may be checked against any club banning orders and the National Police database for individuals who may be subject to a court banning order. The EFL will not otherwise use winners’ personal details except where lawfully permitted to do so. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Under no circumstances may the prize be transferred, auctioned, resold or offered for sale.
10. Tickets will be available for match day collection from Wembley Stadium. Winners must provide valid photo ID and proof of age. Tickets will not be released without valid identification.
11. Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions of this promotion, including the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue and the relevant Ground Regulations in force at the venue, no refunds or other monetary compensation will be paid in relation to any ticket won as part of this promotion where the match is rescheduled, postponed, delayed or cancelled for any reason.
12. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may render all entries void.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at its discretion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 24 hours of being notified, or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
16. The winner and their guest must comply with all policies, rules and reasonable instructions provided by the EFL, Wembley Stadium, venue operators and/or any authority at the venue. The EFL, venue operators and authorities reserve the right to remove any entrant, winner and/or guest who fails to comply with those policies, rules or instructions, or who otherwise behaves in an inappropriate manner.
17. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility for any loss, damage or expense arising from the promotion, the prize, or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
18. Entry into this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all terms and conditions of the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue, as well as the Wembley National Stadium Ground Regulations. Both of these documents can be found at www.efl.com/ticketconditions. Winners and their guests must abide by those terms at all times. The Promoter and the EFL accept no responsibility if the winner and/or guest is denied entry or asked to leave the match for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation, or because of inappropriate behaviour.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, unreadable or not received for any reason. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable post-event publicity. The Promoter may publish or make available the winner’s surname and county of residence, unless a winner objects for valid reasons. The Promoter may still be required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

22. The promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
